The biggest hopes of the young UK jazz scene are coming together to celebrate the half-centenary of Marvin Gaye’s masterpiece, What’s Going On, alongside the Nu Civilisation Orchestra. Almost two dozen musicians are spinning a contemporary twist on this soul classic.
